Welcome to 2A!

My first experience at Town started in 1999. I began as a Kindergarten intern and ended as a Second grade intern. When my two years were up I continued to further my education at Dominican University. Then I returned to Town as a permanent substitute for the First grade, which then led to permanent Second grade head teaching position.

In 2A, I would like the environment to be safe, inviting and fun. I believe in firm discipline and teaching responsibility to the boys. I want to create a comfortable and creative atmosphere. I like to reward the boys for good behavior along with having consequences for those that misbehave. Encouraging students with positive feedback is a main goal for me in the class. I believe that the boys need to be respectful and kind to their peers, teachers, and especially themselves.
