China, and Japan, and the economics of business enterprises in the spring:

The course is taught with two textbooks, World History (Glencoe)
and Economics (Glencoe), and two eBooks
Africa, Asia, Russia (Warner) and Free Enterprise at Work (Warner). Students
write an Asian History term paper in the fall and take part in the Management
Game in the spring.
The Management Game is a simulation of business enterprises
in Asia. Three players represent a US company and manufacture products
or provide services for sale in one of the countries studied in the fall.
Students use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the Internet, and library
sources for the research involved.
