Science 5 Homework

Please note:  The homework schedule is subject to changes depending on the pace of the class.  Any changes to the schedule will be stated during class and posted to the website by the end of the school day.  You should write down your homework assignment each day and use the website only as a back-up.

Week of April 21 - 25
Monday Introduction to Microbe Project.  See the Virus and Bacteria Project Guidelines for details.  We will celebrate the project finale with the Microbe Symposium on Thursday, May 8th.

Tuesday

 NO Homework
Wednesday NO Homework
Thursday Work on Research Questions, ONLY if you think you will not complete them by Friday in class.  Research Questions due in class FRIDAY.
Friday If you need another copy of the research questions ask in class today or go to the 5th grade science resources page - handouts section.

Monday Complete your microbe model.  Models due in class tomorrow.

You are all invited to the Microbe Symposium on Thursday.

      5A will have the Symposium 8:15 - 9:05

      5B will have the Symposium 1:05 - 1:48

5A Only: In addition, you will need to read BP pp. 88-95.  This section of reading is about Fungi.  Please be sure to complete the reading by our class meeting Friday, May 9th.

Wednesday Get a good night sleep and come to class healthy tomorrow for the Microbe Symposium
