The Town Enrichment Activities (TEA) Program offers over 15 interest
specific classes for the boys at various grade levels. The program is
run by semester and is billed separately from the Extended Day
Program. Located throughout the school, the classes are taught by
faculty members, as well as instructors from outside Town. During the
first semester
classes are offered to first grade and up and then to kindergarten
and up during the second semester.

Fees and Registration
Registrations with the finalized list of courses,
dates, times and fees will be sent home by email January 10, 2008. Then to sign up for classes, please return your
registration form
(PDF) and check (payable to Town School) to Elaine Blair by January 21,
2008.

CHESS Grades
1-4
Come learn the exciting and challenging game of chess. Mr. Rey will teach
the basics and the boys will have a chance to expand their knowledge.
This class is designed for boys with a serious interest in learning the
game of chess or improving their skills.

DRAWN TO DRAW 1-2
This is a fun, non-competitive approach to drawing.
Children are given step-by-step instruction on basic lines, shapes and
perspective as well as training in demystifying realistic art. The
class enhances your child's confidence to draw by providing sequential
instruction on the basics. While creating wonderful pictures, they
will feel good about their accomplishments.

FOOTBALL 1
Like to run, jump and dash for a touchdown? Join us
for a fun filled class action.
MOVIE
MAKING 1-4
Boys make movies using video. Students work as a group using basic film
making techniques to create a story, invent characters, and act out the
movie for the camera. Discover the process of transferring imagination to
DVD and learn how to put a movie together. There will be a final
presentation in the theater for family and friends at the end of the
course and each student will receive a DVD copy of his work to bring home.
