 ALL SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

STUDENT COUNCIL PRESENTS FACULTY VS. 8TH GRADE  BASKETBALL AND FREE DRESS ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 30 AT 7:30 AM

 2010 STUDENT FAIR UPDATE!
  • The Student Council has chosen Haiti Earthquake relief and the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco as the beneficiaries of this year's Fair.
  • WE STILL NEED RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS! Raffle prizes of any sort generate excitement for raffle sales and are appreciated by winners. We are pleased to announce that prizes include: model rockets, Legos, puzzles, and other games!
  • Thanks to those who have already sold raffle tickets. Each boy is asked to sell two books ($10 per book of 12 or $1 per ticket). Ticket stubs and money collected should be returned to the homeroom teacher. Remember, students can sell as many tickets as they like.
  • If you are interested in volunteering at the fair, we'll need help with the prize room, the bake sale, and the video game room. Please contact Nick Cofod if you are interested in helping out.
  • For more specific information about the fair, please read the Fair Overview. Homeroom teachers for 4th-8th grades will organize the booth selection and work times for those boys.
  • Read the Fair Day Schedule to get a more specific look at timing of Fair Day itself, Friday, February 12th.
  • If you have prize donations, would like to volunteer, or want to ask a question, please contact Nick Cofod or 921-3747x129.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THE TOWN SCHOOL CULTURAL  HERITAGE FESTIVAL!

"It's a Small World" will be held on March 10 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, and everyone is invited:  students, faculty, staff, administration and their families. During the festival, we will celebrate  cultures from around the world through exhibits, performances, activities and foods. Bring the  whole family and join your classmates and their families for a special evening for the entire Town  School community.

SPONSOR THE 36th ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT AND DINNER  AUCTION!
Please consider sponsoring this wonderful event which  supports both tuition assistance and faculty enrichment- two essential programs at Town. As a sponsor, you will  get to enjoy a round of golf on the beautiful Olympic Club  Lake Course, which is hosting its 5th US Open in 2012.

In addition to individual and family sponsorships, corporate sponsors are critical to the success  of this event. Please consider whether your company or a friend's company might be willing to  support this event, recognizing that sponsors get terrific visibility with exposure on the silent  auction website, in printed materials and on tee signage. For inclusion in the invitation,  sponsorship commitments need to be received by February 12th. Click here to view the  sponsorship levels, or email Celeste Marie Lucas to become a sponsor.
