Each of the shared spaces are used by all the grades, allowing for points of natural connection between students, faculty, and staff. For this reason, and due to our intentional efforts to build a sense of belonging, it is common to see older boys greet younger boys by name in the halls, and for faculty to converse with students that they have yet to teach.

Our sunlit lobby serves as a casual gathering space for the entire community, filled each morning with live piano music from our music teachers or students to welcome our boys, faculty, and staff to the day ahead.

We invite you to explore our building on a virtual tour.

Dolby Family Center for the Performing Arts

Since opening its doors in 2018, Town’s Dolby Family Center for the Performing Arts has become a central hub on campus for arts, education, community gatherings, sports, and more. With professional-level sound and lights and a dynamic ability to shift from a seated auditorium for 400 people to a basketball court or mixed-use space within three hours, the Dolby brings our campus to life in new ways each year.

Lower and Upper School students have the opportunity to perform in concerts and plays on its grand stage, gain hands-on audio and video equipment experience, and lead community assemblies for their peers. During all-school assemblies, we welcome professional performers, visiting authors or speakers, and cultural experiences to the stage to share the rich tapestry of our community and broader world with our school community.
