From outdoor education trips to Yosemite to student-run assemblies in the Dolby Family Center for the Performing Arts, Town boys experience an education designed specifically for them.
Our dedicated supporters - parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, faculty and staff, and friends - enable us to offer unparalleled academic and co-curricular programs and allow us to attract and retain talented teachers, maintain and enhance our 21st century facilities and support our commitment to a diverse and inclusive community. We are grateful to the members of our community who contribute their time, wisdom and financial resources to support Town’s mission.
Please contact Caitlin Shapiro, Director of Annual Giving, if you have questions or would like to get involved by phone or email.
Thank you for your support of Town School!

Gifts of appreciated securities or property enable many donors to realize tax advantages, enabling the donor to deduct the full value of the donated stock or property without incurring capital gains tax liability on the appreciated value. If you plan on making a gift of stock, please be sure to email Caitlin Shapiro, Director of Annual Giving, at [email protected] with information about the type of stock you are transferring so your gift is properly credited to you. Thank you!
Donor-advised funds are an excellent way of supporting Town while also providing tax incentives for donors. At Town, donor-advised funds can be used for Annual Giving and capital campaign gifts.
The utilization of these funds is closely regulated by the IRS. We can only accept donor-advised funds exclusively intended for charitable purposes. The IRS prohibits donor-advised fund account holders from receiving more than incidental benefits associated with the gift. If you would like to use donor-advised funds to provide sponsorship of the Fall Bash, you must decline the tangible benefits that accompany it, such as tickets to the event.
Town School for Boys is an incorporated not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), tax ID No. 94-1170412. Gifts made to the school are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations for charitable donations.
