Curt Goehring holds a BA from Stanford University in Political Science and Psychology, an MA from Stanford Graduate School of Education, and a Math and Social Science Teaching Credential from San Jose State University.

Which of the Town School values (respect, curiosity, belonging, integrity and joy) do you most identify with, and why?

Joy - I believe that the best teaching, learning, and community building is done when there is joy around the building for everyone. I love working at a place where the students run to get into the building and the teachers wake up excited to go to school.

What are your hobbies outside of school?

Playing with my dogs (Thor and Captain), strategy and sports video games, playing golf and basketball, camping and being outdoors, cooking something new.
