Roger holds a BA in Kinesiology with emphasis in Athletic Coaching and a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Physical Education. Roger also has a United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma.

Which of the Town School values (respect, curiosity, belonging, integrity and joy) do you most identify with, and why?
Joy is my favorite value because it is at the core of all the activities I plan when teaching PE. I believe that no lesson plan or game can be effective if you do not make it fun.

What are your hobbies outside of school?
Playing soccer with my children at the park. Taking long walks with the family on a weekend. And lately I have picked up cooking new recipes.
