Admissions Process and Timeline

The first step in the admission process is completing an inquiry form and creating a file in Ravenna, our online admissions system. Creating an account gives you access to our admissions process and where you will register for your tour, parent meeting and other admission events. It does not commit you to apply.

Admission Timeline Applying for the 2026-27 School Year

September 8, 2025: Admission Process Available via Ravenna

September 2025-January 2026: Parent/Guardian Tour and Meeting with Brooke Jenkins, Director of Admission and Financial Assistance

October 29, 2025:  8th Grade Voices and Open House

November 19, 2025: Building Belonging

January 8, 2026:  Kindergarten Applicants: Student Evaluation Form Due 

January 10, 24, and 31, 2026: Kindergarten Assessment and Playdate 

January 15, 2026: Application Deadline

January 31, 2026: Financial Assistance Application Due

January 31, 2026: 1-8 Grade Applicants: Student Evaluation Form and Student Records Due

January - February 2026: Meet and Greet Events to Connect and Learn More about Town 

January - February 2026: “Tiger for the Day” Visits

February 15, 2026: Financial Assistance Supplementary Forms Due

March 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM: Admission Decisions Posted to Ravenna

March 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM: Enrollment Contract and Deposit Due
